Asbestos material can only be disposed of at a landfill that has been approved under the DEP division of solid waste regulations.

4. Can I put asbestos roofing or siding material in an open top Dumpster?

No. It must be properly packaged.

5. Do I have to remove asbestos if it is present?

No. Asbestos can be maintained if it is in a safe undamaged condition.

6. Isn’t it more dangerous to disturb it than to just leave it alone?

This is a misconception that is based on the disturbance being caused by an untrained person.

7. Is there a waiting period to have my work done?

Yes, except in the case of an emergency, there is a 10-business day waiting period to commence work.

No, our methods are designed so that you do not have to vacate.

Yes, though in larger projects you can cause more damage by spreading the spores to other areas.

Yes, if you do not correct the initial cause of the mold growth it is very possible that it will return.
